Photojournalism:Photojournalism is a particular form of journalism (the collecting, editing, and presenting of news material for publication or broadcast) that creates images in order to tell a news story. It is now usually understood to refer only to still images, but in some cases the term also refers to video used in broadcast journalism



sports picture are a great example of photojournalism

Im not too sure about who took this picture but i do know it was recent. the celtics were playing the orlando magic 

and rondo fearlessy jumped up for the tip dunk over 7'0 footer dwight howard.

this photo is of the legendary Julius irving aka Dr. J this was taken in 1976 when the first dunk contest 

occured. with his incredible leaping ability he easily beat out the competition with the first ever free 

free throw line dunk.
